I highly recommend this series...This is the 2nd in the series...If you enjoy historical/romance, this is the book for you....Her characters become your frinds & the imagery is incredible....I cannot wait to read the last 3 books in this series! (6 in all)HIGHLY Recommended!!!

This is the third in a series of historical novels that began with Into The Wilderness and Dawn on a Distant Shore. Set in upstate NY at the end of the 18th century and early 19th century, the books can stand alone or be read in sequence. Love, loss, adventure and a wonderful set of characters

This is the third book in the Bonner family saga. It takes place in the New York wilderness village of Paradise circa 1802.
This was an incredible book. The entire series is worth reading.

Another excellent book in a series of 3. All the books are excellent and fun to read, plus educational. There is some similarity to Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series, tho I like Gabaldon more.
A must read for fans of Sara Donati and the 'lake' series.
