In the profoundly unserious spirit of Buchwald the man leaves no turn unstoned but no feelings hurt for long. It is a dazzling and dizzy portrait of the Washington Buchwald wrote about as the Reagans tried to halt fraud, corruption, etc in the government. He wrote in 550 newspapers throughout the world, wrote 20 books, 5,000 columns, and a Broadway play even as he was heard on the lecture circuit somewhere.
"Since Kissinger departed from the gov. Buchwald is the only sex symbol left in Wash."
