I really enjoyed this book about choices. putting the lives of a Jane from long ago with a Jane from now who both find themselves letting others make choices for them. A great lesson about taking charge of your life.

This is really two different stories-one fictional about a present day woman named Jane whose husband, in the ultimate act of selfishness leaves his wife. You decide if you believe him, and the other story is historical fiction. The story of Lady Jane Grey, the Nine days Queen. Both stories are well thought out and riveting. Two women who've let others make decisions for them their entires lives are connected through a ring.

Excellent book! I really enjoyed the lives of the two women from different countries and centuries that were told in this book. I could hardly wait to see what happened. The author is very good about developing her characters and making the seem like everyday people--not perfect, but lovable.

This was such a good book! I liked how the author interwove modern day with the historical period of Lady Jane Gray of the 1500's. It was very interesting. Highly recommended!
