Ladies Night
Author: Jack Ketchum, Neal McPheeters
Tom Braun is sitting in his neighborhood bar. His wife and his boy are at home in their apartment just a few blocks away. He's had yet another fight with her and is looking to steady his nerves and drown his sorrows and maybe -- if he's lucky -- snag a little something on the side. But the women in the bar are very strange tonight.

If this is your first Jack Ketchum I suppose this would be "shocking" but since this was wrote in the eighties it is MILD compared to the horror books available today, almost boring. All the women have gone mad and are killing men and children. Reads like a typical zombie/end of the world type survival book. Nothing too extreme nor graphic. Reading it you won't even associate it with Jack Ketchum based on his more recent works. It is something to read and a decent book to wait for on a wish list but nothing I would pay money for.
(mine was only 166 pages not the 300 in the description, but the cover matches)

Loved it. Extremely wild and crazy ride all the way through. Sad in parts and pretty funny in others. All and all an enjoyable book for sure.
