the saga of the three Miss Margarets continues with some juicy tidbits about the two previous ladies of Garrison Gardens, Miss Myrtis and Peggy thrown in. A good read and a glimpse of people doing "the right thing" juxtaposed against people being greedy and self-serving.

Very good book but you need to read The Three Miss Maragrets first. I would recommend both books.

The prose and dialog is a little awkward at first, but stick with it and the story will sweep you up.
