I am a recent fan of author Annie Solomon so I've collected her entired backlist. I would say this book was as well written as others of her's I've read, but the romance was not as realistic or as "hot" as her other titles.

Former mafia-like bad boy Nick wants to go straight and hooks up with preschool teacher Rachel. But, Nick's former boss, Rennie the Mobster, isn't ready to let his best man go. Lots of intrigue, murder, gunfire and drama.
