Nicely done and based on his pioneering work in studying the nature of electricity. That is how the book opens and it ends with a summation of the state of the art in the late 20th C. There is adequate coverage of his life otherwise, Mr. Asimov being especially proud of his work at Albany, 1754. His final stand was in 1790 against slavery.
He did make the post office efficient enough to balance its books when he became the Deputy PM General in 1752--we need him today, a large deficit being announced today for the first quarter of 2018.
His popularity with the ladies is covered in only one sentence....
