I swapped for this book because it was tagged as having recipes by Ina Garten, when in fact it does not.
I've never seen a cook book like this that has recipes for the stuff you can only buy at Costco, which renders then inoperable for those of us who don't have one of those in town or lack a membership.
For example, a salmon dish that requires you to use their Costco stuffed salmon as the ingredient for the ravioli.
Maybe I will try to make their cherry chocolate strudel, but otherwise, this book left me uninspired.

Need not shop at Costco to enjoy this wonderful cook book. Beautiful photos! Quick and easy recipes.

Ina Garten's recipes are located on pages 102-104 (lamb recipes). I have been totally satisfied with all of the Costco books; any other brands can easily be substituted for specific ones listed (i.e., any Italian sausage may be interchanged for their Premio brand, etc.)

All of the cooking the costco way books are wonderful with beautiful colored photographs of each of the recipes.

I intend to try the Berry Spinach salad, the Asparagus, Bell Pepper and Basil Egg Tart, Spinach Arancin balls, Turkey-Cranberry Appetizer Pizza with Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Black and Blue Party Trifle, and the No-Bake S'more Pie.

To me, this book is totally inspiring and the photos are great!! 5-star rating from me. Cookbookjeankini
