Very, very sci-fi. This was a break away from Carr's previous works which focused on the past. Still just as frightening was the "too much information age" story. Definately worth the read with the understanding that it is a very different work that his previous stuff.

An excellent read up to Mr. Carr's typical standards. Never before has time travel been as engaging or simple to imagine as Mr. Carr's work.
