This is another winner by Heather Graham. The kind of mystery that keeps you guessing until the very end with enough romance and twists thrown in to keep you turning the pages. I've like everything I've read by this author so far. You really get to care about Kelly and who wouldn't want a hunk like Doug O'Casey watching out for you!!

From the wife's collection, a great read. I read it hard to put this one down. Fun to see a woman as the main character. Happy Reading

Slow start, but gets better - great read.

When Kelly is nearly killed on the set of her soap - she finds it wasn't just an accident and that she is in danger. A gig in a music video crosses her path with Doug O'Casey - who not only will teach her to dance, but take a very personal role in protecting her safety. The book is quick, the writing okay and the story only marginally believable - but if you're looking for a little intrigue with some romance thrown in - it is a great choice.

Read this book when you have a lot of time on your hands because you aren't going to want to put it down. Someone is after Kelly...but can they figure it out before it's too late??

Seemed a bit unrealistic, but if you like to read things that are not real close to "real life" then it is a good one

Heather Graham just gets better & better. Kelly Trent plays a vicious diva on a daytime soap. Does someone really believe this is who Kelly is? Does someone hate her character enough to want her dead?

First time reading this author. A little slow but it catches you.

Kelly Trent may play malicious Marla Valentine, advice therapist, on a television soap opera, but they have completely different personalities. A nearly fatal accident on the set is the excuse the soap's major sponsor uses to get back at Kelly for spurning his advances. Once Kelly is in a coma on TV and out of work in real life, her agent figures that now is a good time for her to dance in a music video for a new band. Kelly is teamed up to tango with bodyguard/dance instructor Doug O'Casey, who is more than a little concerned about Kelly's safety since a serial killer seems to be targeting advice therapists. Unfortunately, it seems that a fan of the soap opera doesn't really get the distinction between television and reality, and may have picked Kelly to be his next victim.

Not one of Graham's best. I had a tough time finishing it. By the time I got to the end I really didn't care "who dunnit"

Not my favorite Heather Graham book, but still not bad. Haven't read _Dead on the Dance Floor_ but think that the male lead in this one might have been in that book.(Ex-cop turned competitive ballroom dancer speaks of his former lover/dance partner having been murdered.)

Heather Graham writes an intreging mystery. This one stars a soap star and a dance teacher/private investigator. Love, mystery and a touch of humor. A fun read.

Heather Graham is nothing if unpredictable! She combines the auxiliary characters from 2 different books and comes up with a blockbuster!!! Another hard-to-put-down book!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It is a very good read, good romance, good mystery, good characters. It is about a daytime soap actress and a dance instructor/ex-cop/PI. It's a 10!

ACTRESS KELLY TRENT..IT WAS THE MOST DANGEROUS ROLE OF HER CAREER...AND POSSIBLY HER LAST...
She wants fame and fortune but someone else wants her DEAD.

Playing a malicious diva on a popular daytime soap, actress Kelly Trent has garnered more than her fair share of hate mail. She doesn't believe anyone would really confuse her with her character, but when an accident on the set hits too close for the producers' comfort, Kelly is unceremoniously put on hiatus.
This is the first paragraph from the back of the book. I liked the suspense offered and the writing style used throughout the book.
