Another good read by Jo Leigh. Tate has already been kidnapped twice, now she lives in fear of everything. Bodyguard Michael vows to keep her safe. Excellent mixing business with pleasure story.

This book was not what I expected. Could be my mood at the time but this one was too tense for me. It involves a real kidnapping and her chauffer trying to rescue her and getting hit over the head and held prisoner with her. This one had more tension and violence/thread of violence in it. I was expecting a fun sexy kidnapping and not something so serious. On the other hand if something more serious appeals to you you'll like this one. It reminded me of some of the intrigue titles. I think her 'in too deep' series was better IMO.
From the back cover:
"Kidnapping For Hire! No two abductions are staged the same way..."
Okay, it's certainly an unconventional way for Manhattan heiress Tate Baxter to conquer her fears. But when your whole life takes place behind the tinted windows of a limo and your household staff are all gun-toting ex-CIA, drastic measures have to be taken. Especially when one member of that staff has got her all hot and bothered.
Chauffeur Michael Caulfield has just one assignment-keeping Tate safe. But when she's kidnapped for real, the only way he can save her is to become a prisoner with her. He may be just "the help," but as her take-charge protector, he's the Michael of her sexual fantasies. Maybe a man she can trust and even dare to love?
Except once out of his uniform, he isn't exactly laying bare all his secrets...to Tate.
