I don't know much about keto foods, and this book didn't explain much about the whys of the diet style. To be fair, the focus of this book is all about breakfasts. It did not state that there would be info about the keto lifestyle. However, when I was reading the recipes, I had many questions. How could approximately two cups of food serve eight people (referring to KETO LOW-CARB LEMON POPPY SEED MUFFINS)? How could about seven cups of coconut and seeds feed twenty people (referring to FENNEL AND GINGER GRAIN FREE GRANOLA)?
There were no photos of completed recipes, but there were prep times and cooking times, plus servings. There was no nutritional info. Doing the keto plan requires the purchase of many unusual ingredients (unsweetened coconut, desiccated or shredded). So, the person thinking about such a diet must know something about it to determine if they want to buy these ingredients.
