Highlights six unforgettable occasions from a sparkling time in history. Lots of wonderful-beautful photos, includes the pictures, recipes, entertainment and guests that attended these gatherings. A real sense of Jackie Kennedys sense of style on a grand scale. A really good read.

I was a teenager during the Kennedy years, and did not fully appreciate then the magic that Jackie Kennedy showed. Reading this book, and particularly studying pictures of her personal style (and remembering this woman was only in her late 20's at the time) strikes me with awe at her accomplishments.
