Wow! Tess Gerritsen has another great story here!! Someone bombs a church during a wedding. It really throws you for a loop trying to figure out who is doing the bombing, who the targets are and why, and trying to keep the people from getting killed! Great suspense and a good story!!

I never had a clue this was a Harlequin novel until I looked it up on Amazon. There is the romance between Nina and Sam that builds throughout but the focus is on the mystery.

i actually really liked this book. it wasn't really suspenseful, or overly romantic (which is good if u ask me!), but it kept my interest & was short enough to finish in day or 2! a good read!

A bomb goes off in a church. Luckily, everyone had gone home when the groom failed to show up for the planned wedding. Detective Sam Navarro is trying to figure out who the target was, when the bride, Nina Cormier, is forced off the road by a black pick-up. After taking Nina into protective custody, Nina and Sam work together to find a madman.

I found this book to be an interesting read. Though it wasn't very suspenseful, I enjoyed trying to figure out who wanted Nina dead. My only big problem with the book was the heroine's TSTL (too stupid to live) moments. Someone is trying to kill her...so she walks away from police custody and doesn't tell them where she is going. My rating: 3.5 Stars.

My copy is the original Harlequin Intrigue #359 with different cover with heavy wear.
