Book features over 100 recipes of cross-cultural cuisine to traditional fare. A very nice collection of house specialties from over 40 of Kansas City's choice restaurants. All recipes have been adapted for home use. There is just plain down home cooking to Greek, Argentinian & more. I found several new that I have tried that are now in my recipe rotation & on my menu for holiday & company entertaining lists. There is a pear barbeque sauce that I am now famous for at our potlucks for church and family!! It features appetizers, main courses, & sweet endings. Also names, addresses and maps of the restaurants.
