Justin Richardson is an American author best known for co-authoring And Tango Makes Three with Peter Parnell. And Tango Makes Three is a children's picture book based on the true story of two male penguins in the Central Park Zoo who pair-bonded, built a nest, and together hatched an egg. The book received several awards and was the single most challenged or banned book in the United States in 2006 and 2007.
