I liked this book. It is quite different for the left behind series. I don't think this one has as much religion it in. Would reccomend, good read.
"Judgment Day" is by far the best Apocolypse/Rapture/End-of-the world novel to date, far outshining Grant or LaHaye.
The concepts and plot are original, the characters very well developed and the story well thought out and executed. I have never used this word before regarding a book but this book is riveting.
David's writing is insightful and exposes facets of the good verses evil idea I had never considered. His "miracles" are believable and his battle takes you light years from earth. After reading "Judgement Day" you see how so many things can be the agent of evil or good....things you never thought of before.
If you like the "Left Behind" series, you will love "Judgement Day". Even if you are not into "Left Behind" you will be depriving yourself of a great read if you don't read this book.

Fantastic! Not your ordinary apocalyptic novel! A real page-turner!
