Charles Schulz's book shares 50 years of holiday comics through color-cartoons, 1950's - 1990's. Charlie Brown's gang gathers around the Christmas tree & doughouse celebrating the holdiday season. Schultz's creativity as a cartoon-writer will give the reader many laughs as Charlie Brown & Snoopy, Lucy & Linus,Sally & Woodstock, Schroeder & Peppermint Patty, Franklin & Pig-Pen, even Spike & Marcie come alive with the Christmas spirit. A great little hardbook for the cartoon lover; would make a nice Christmas gift.

This is a collectable book put out by Hallmark. It contains comics that were drawn by Charles Schulz around the holidays throughout the 50 years that Peanuts was run in the newspapers. Each comic is listed with the date that it was orignially run in the newspaper. There are also one page descriptions of each major character throughout the book. Note: this book does NOT contain the story similar to the Peanuts Christmas TV special.
