What a treasure this book is. I was really surprised as I started reading this and found it was different than most self-help books that I have read. The author actually tells you how to get unstuck from the spot you are in. Most books are good at pointing out that you have a problem, but not so great at the direction to get some healing.

Susan Anderson has written other books as well, and I plan on looking for those too.

If you wonder sometimes why you do what you do, this book might just have the answer.

I doubt that I would ever found this book if it weren't for Paperbackswap.com.
