Saw this one (cheap!) in the memoir section at Half Price Books, and couldn't resist picking it up as I'd seen occasional references to Sarton in passing, but really didn't know anything about her. She's single (lives alone anyway) with no children, so the "action" consists of the doings of her garden, pets, etc. as well her feelings, and reports of her business trips for poetry readings. Not sure I'd jump into her fiction (even less so poetry), but I'm looking forward to reading the rest of her half-dozen journals.
This was the first book that I have read of May Sarton's....I researched her life and other books and plan to read more.
