Great for beginning readers. Mostly short 3 or 4 letter words. I couldn't find any with such short words at the store. The level 1 books there had much bigger words in them that I feel are too hard for my child who is just starting to read on his own.

This is for kids just learning to read. The most difficult sentence is "Jog around that dog."

This is a very basic reader. If your child is having trouble reading this would be a good book to help him or her.
