This was a funny ,charming story by Carmichael. On a wagon train, 2 sisters traveling to a new start in life {the heroine, one of the sisters, was a madam from their town brothel}. The story was funny, characters and dialoge believable and an interesting storyline. This was one of my favorites by this author. I think mainly because the heroine and hero were out of the norm.

This was a really good read! Had the same flow as a Harlequin Historical. I know they can be predicable at times, but it makes for a reliable story ending.

I really enjoyed this book. It was funny, romantic, and I love reading about wagon train stories. The main character's variety of names for the man she "loves" kept me in stitches.
