Jasmine Sorcery is a very sweet story about a young woman who doesn't like to put down roots, and the man who finally convinces her it's time to stop running. From the title, I expected an exotic romantic saga.... however....

Welcome to small-town America, where the rural gossip mill is alive and well. A new addition to the neighborhood proves to be just the distraction mail-carrier Pepper MacNeil needed. John Smith (yes, really) is handsome, intelligent, and more than willing to help Pepper steam up the sheets.

Pepper's character has such a touching vulnerability that you can't help loving her at least a little. This is the first genuine feel-good read I've seen in a while. Definitely one of Delinsky's better efforts
