Teri, growing up, I always had a big breakfast. But as I became an adult and then starting dieting, I stopped eating breakfast except on special occasions, like going out to eat breakfast. But it does seem that if I eat breakfast then I'm constantly wanting to eat all day, and it's usually something salty or creamy that I want. I could eat Mac & cheese every day, but I'd weigh 300 lbs in no time if I did. So I try to hold off eating til late morning, early afternoon. Doesn't always work out that way, but I try.

Margaret, I haven't been trying the exercises yet.  I'm having issues with my back right now so am having to be really careful not to over do.

Heather, good luck with your schedule. Sounds like you'll be pretty busy.

Okay, here's some logic thats questionanle.......I have a roast beef in the slow cooker. It smells divine!  Unfortunately, I usually toss reason to the wind and stuff myself with hot fresh roast beef, slave to my olfactory senses. Today, I got some wonton soup when I went to town. My rationale is that with wontons available, I won't touch the roast at my most vulnerable, when its coming out of the pot. Works for me!

Teri, that wouldn't work for me AT ALL!! I'd have to have both. I love wonton soup and I love roast beef. So it would be a win-win for me on the food but not on the calories or sodium.
