This turned out to be two relatively short stories (about 250 pp each), but I enjoyed them both. They were well thought out, good character development, and some interesting twists. Didn't feel like either ending was rushed, like some books do.

Heads up on this one---it's 2 books in one

I thought when I picked it up from the library it was a very thick book and after I finished the first story I realized it is 2 books in one but it isn't mentioned anywhere

both stories are good and I got through them quickly
It's one of the better books I've gotten that has Patterson's name on it for a couple years now, he lets the co-writer do the writing and most of them are not the best
