This is an adventure story with themes of greed, mutual dependence and family. Jacob joins his father who is in Brazil, where he is working to create a jaguar preserve. There is danger though as some people are trying to stop them. Jacob learns firsthand how people are harming the fragile environment in Brazil jungles.
