The recipes include a variety of puddings (Indian Sweet Rice, Old-fashioned Plum Pudding and Traditional Bakewell Pudding), iced desserts (Strawberry baked Alaska and Kulfi, Indian almond ice cream) as well as cheesecakes, and even has a slim chapter at the end of the book on wholesome and healthy desserts.
