Kinsey Millhone is a great character. Light reading at its best. I'm a man and have no trouble reading this lady detective stuff.

I found this installment to be a little boring. The mystery itself was really good and had a surprise ending - like all of the Alphabet books. The trouble was while investigating this disappearance, Kinsey also started looking for her long lost relatives and frankly I really don't give a hoot as to who her relatives are. IMO Kinsey's family has no baring on this story and therefore seemed to be just filler.

For those following the Sue Grafton alphabet series featuring Kinsey Milhone, you'll not be disappointed
Yet another great book by Sue Grafton. How she keeps coming up with such ideas to keep a person so interested is beyond me.
