A fine historical novel set in Roman Britan. Bradshaw brings her characters alive and mixes in enough true history to make keep the reader entranced.
I liked this book. Well-told Roman historical fiction
Gread read. Very absorbing, carries you away and makes you feel as though you were personally witnessing the described events. Lovely dialogue. Intrigue, adventure, drama, all in a believable historical setting. AND has a happy ending. What more could you ask for? Have re-read it 4 or 5 times already.
