Although the writing is light-hearted and lively, this book deals with some serious issues, and freaked me out. This is a must read for anyone who cant stop checking email, binge watching shows on Netflix, or posting to social media. Parents who are concerned about the effects of screen time on their young children will also be interested in this book.

This is a must read!
