Leo T. reviewed Iron Man and Philosophy: Facing the Stark Reality (The Blackwell Philosophy and Pop Culture Series) on + 1775 more book reviews
This is part of a (so far) short series of collected essays on characters of especial interest and depth that are emerging from the pens of illustated books. "Even the most 'normal' of superheroes can inspire fascinating philosphical questions," promises editor Mark White and the book delivers. This is esoteric but a boon to those few (I suspect, but here it is published, nicely bound and printed) interested. I only glanced at it but it includes footnotes and an index.
