This is a book that every woman should read. It deals with the physical shape we may be in or wish we had & the underlying causes. It delves deeply into the things that make us react physicaly & how God wants to set us free to become all He wants us to be. The story line is excellent--a chef, a psychologist, a herbalist, a doctor.
They all meet at the chef's cafe. The characters are fleshed out & by the end of the book the reader feels that these characters could be friends down the street. I highly recommend any of Ginny Yttrup's books.
