Weak 2 1/2 stars--just way too long, in the beginning it started out interesting but then as it went along it just seemed a lot of repeat and descriptions, I got tired of Karen Vail's 'knowledge', it just seemed like a conceited personality in charge of solving this crime spree.

I got half way and then I just got very tired of the back and forth from present to past and it was confusing at time to remember which story you were reading unless the chapter was titled with the year 1958-9, it just got old and the story just wasn't moving along so it was getting boring. I just flipped to the back and got the details, which you can probably figure out quick, and finished it so now I can move on to something else.
