A great resource. Inflammation is the hidden cause of so many modern ailments. There are easy ways to avoid food induced inflammation and the author provides that information in clear, accessible language. I found his information quite helpful. Even if you don't have a chronic health condition, I think you will benefit from the information in the book. The author doesn't peddle any supplements and his advice is sound. To eat an anti-inflammatory diet, you don't have to eat food that you can only find in obscure health food stores either. The changes he recommends are doable, if one is willing. My only complaint with the book is that at times it's simplistic and equates correlation with causation.
