This is the first time I have ever read a Calvin and Hobbs book. I read while in bed waiting to get tired to fall asleep. There is so much to like about Calvin and Hobbs as the author is very creative in arranging situations that growing children use their imaginations to play. Fortunately Calvin has his stuffed stuffed tiger,Hobbs,to provide this scenario and the author provides great situations for this to happen. It reminds me of the ideas our 5 year old Granddaughter comes up with. We laugh at her and at Calvin and Hobbs equally. You can't help liking this book.
