This version is 'Adapted for young fans'. It's shorter than normal.
This book is the "Young Adult" version, which means any naughty language or behavior on Dirk Pitt's part has been edited a bit. The original was a great adventure, so I'm sure this YA-modified version will appeal to young readers, too!
This is just one of a series written by Clive Cussler and I have always found them to be very intertaining and have read the entire series. Always hoping for another to be added to the series.
