A jolly road trip with strange but unique plot, equally strange and unique characters. It won't be one you'll remember in the best of your reading, but it was fun for a day and a half on a boring weekend.

To be honest I wasnt even sure I was going to read this, it was picked in a swap here on PBS. I am so glad I did.

I found this book extremely enjoyable. The premise is unique, but the plot or the villains was very formulary. It kept me engaged and turning pages to find out who the culprits were. I suspected it might be those characters. I do like it when an author makes you think you are smart enough to see the clues. It is a sign of a good author when you feel smart, but the clues are not so obvious.

I have never read her before, and this is not my typical genre to explore.

Lydia Kang haw written other books, so check this author out.

This story was ok, somewhat different with a few twists I enjoyed. However, there were times that it dragged and babbled a bit too much for me. A rarity, I began skimming, flipping pages rather than just quit the book. The medical bits were interesting, as was the grave-robbing. I do recommend it, just not heartily.
