good insight into the author's life and writing
I could not get into this book. I guess the wrestling thing is a bit alien to me. I really have gotten a lot of pleasure from Irving's early books (Garp, Owen Meany, etc.) and thought it would be fun to read about him. It just was not an engaging book to me.
