"Spenser has his hands full when he takes two cases at once. In the first, a highminded university might be hiding a killer within a swamp of political correctness. And in the other, Spenser comes to the aid of a stalking victim, only to find himself the unwilling object of the woman's dangerous affections..."
Awesome Parker book! One of my favorites!
Parker sets up an "A" and "B" plotline for this fairly casual adventure, in which requests from friends -- Susan and Hawke, respectively -- lead him into the search for a stalker and an attempt to find out who sabotaged the tenure vote on a college professor. Not much excitement here.
