This Might Hurt by Stephanie Wrobel should come with a trigger warning for repeated scenes of child abuse. The impact of this abuse that defines the present of this book. Unfortunately, multiple narrators and timelines â which are not clearly defined â make it hard to follow. The view into a cult and the idea of living a life free of fear are the main takeaways of the book, more so than the plot or the characters.
