This is a fascinating true account of a family's encounters with UFOs, unusual creatures, and terrifying instances at a Utah ranch. Scientists are brought in to investigate the situation, and for over 8 years, they too have experiences to speak about. Not only they talk about their own experiences at the ranch, but they explain other similiar situations and try to offer explanations as to why so many different encounters by multiple people happened during all of those years. This story is thoroughly entertaining with just a couple slow moving parts.

Well, the premise is interesting. That is the nicest thing I can say about this book. If all these occurences happened as claimed by the author (cattle mutilations, unidentified flying objects, and possible interdimensional travel) this ranch is a busy place indeed. However, there are no photos of the victimized cattle and I find it hard to believe that this family never carried a camera to attempt to document any of their claims.

The theories put forth to explain such happenings was interesting but on the whole I did not believe the claims made by this family or the author.
