This book is a great help for anyone who wants to eat healthier. We are talking good recipes that you wouldn't think of as being better for you. As in, they don't sound diet:) I loved the eggs in a mug recipes and have tried a couple of them. Needless to say they work well on a morning you don't have a lot of time but still want to get a good breakfast. I also liked the garlic mashed potatoes. There are a ton more recipes I will be trying out in here and if you could have one cookbook, this would be my one!
