This is an excellent story about a Hospice nurse and the professor she helps, plus how she deals with her husband's PTSD and a story about WWI in America. This story was so well written that I forgot I was reading and felt like everything was just happening as I read along.
Loved this book, it gives an indepth review of hospice care as well as family relationships and a little known story about the Japanese dropping bombs on the west coast during the war. Highly recommended. My bookclub was divided, 3/4 loved it and the other 1/4 thought it was too contrived. I was in the 3/4 that loved it
