I liked this book, it was a fast, fairly light read. Oddly enough and maybe this is saying something about me, my favorite character was Carlotta, the heroine's mother:) If you already read Elizabeth Bevarly, you won't be disappointed...and it you don't read Elizabeth Bevarly, well, you really should!

This book is TOTALLY delightful! I have not laughed so hard in a long time! Sociology professor, Dorsey MacGuinness writes a guide on how to marry a millionaire (loosely based on her mothers experience) as a toungue in cheek satire, which women determine to take seriously. She is embarrassed that her book is a bestseller. Meantime, she has been eyeing Adam, who publishes a popular men's magazine. He determines that he will get the story, and turn the tables on the mystery author... Tons of references to the movie with Marilyn.
I like this author. This was a fun read.
Nice solid romantic comedy. Some very funny moments.
Good book cannot loose choosing a Elizabeth Bevarly book
One of her best! Funny and lighthearted with some interesting twists.
Hysterical!
Fun story about at mousy Soc grad student who writes a hot bestseller under an assumed name, and how she gets "outed". Wonderful secondary story. All told, well developed characters, carefully designed plot that work.
A cute story about a woman who is not sure who she is,bartender, professor or author.
very funny book i have not read alot of her books but im going to be looking for more of them for sure.
This was one of the first "chick lit" books I read and it made me excited about the genre. It's a relatively unique look at finding the perfect guy.
Romance book for your dark and stormy night.
