This is a great book, has some wonderful things to say to help put your life in order so that you can enjoy it more, BUT...it is so easy after you are done reading this to fall back into the same ole roll of worry worry worry without even knowing it. I think one has to know upon reading this your life will not change over night and will take lots of work (if you are a big worrier like i am) it just doesn't happen after reading a self help book. This is why they are called "self help" you gotta work the program for it to work. This book is a tool. I think it wise to read this more than once to be sure you retain it all before you pass it on.

This book is very helpful for anyone that has problems concentrating or creating solutions that cause them to worry. It provides detailed methods for checklists and actions to follow that eliminate stress and how to get past problems without fear.

This book will change your life. I can not recommend this book enough.
