Excellent mixture of Self Help, literary criticism, biography and readers guide. Lovely read!
This was supposed to be charming; I found it empty and boring. It was supposed to be about Proust's wisdom, but the writing was so glancing and self-important that I couldn't find much of Proust in it and certainly no wisdom. Completely disappointing - sorry I bought it.
