I've been on PaperbackSwap for umteen years, but am not going to be renewing my membership this year and I have $16+ in my account. How can I get it returned. I use PayPal.

PBS Money is not refundable. I'd spend it on a new book in the marketplace or use it when you are an a la carte member.

I would suggest purchasing credits (from other members or from the Kiosk) to the number of books you want to order. Also keep in mind that when your account reverts back to an a la Carte membership, you'll need .49 cents in your account each time you order a book.
