This was so-so for me, not as good as the rest of the series. The hero was too indecisive, and frenemies to lovers is not my favorite storyline. A lot of scenes seemed to drag on and on for no reason, it could have been a shorter, faster-moving book. A free novella is also included in this volume, "Tall, Dark and Royal" and I liked it better than the main novel. The characters grabbed me and their story was heart-wrenching.
