I have learned so much from this book, I highly recommend it! The goal is for you to make small changes in how you love your kids so that you can see big changes in them, and it works. I've gained insight into myself as well as my parents and what each of us brought to our parenting journeys, and wisdom for looking at my kids in a new way. Growth goals after each chapter help me see where I should be headed, so you not only get practical parenting advice but also encouragement for personal growth.
