Deepak Chopra knows a lot about science and totally has a spiritual take on it. This book will take you deep into the realms of consciousness and has totally benefited my life. Deepak Chopra teaches about the field that exists inside and all around us. I love his views on God, they make a lot of sense. Be prepared to discover a new reality within your own mind. A must-read for anyone willing to take a journey within.

I adore DR. Chopra's writings and feel a sense a calm when I read any of them. This book is excellent. He teaches spirituality but never presses a particular religion.

Dr. Deepak Chopra reached out to many, many readers on the subject of spirituality, but with a scientific approach. Wonderful book.

Great book - especially if you are a fan of Chopra. The ideas are a bit redundant throughout the book - if you read the first 4 chapters, then you pretty much get the main idea.
